Did you know Reynolds Culligan Water has been around since 1950? Yes, that means 2020 was our 70th year serving Eastern Pennsylvania!
In order to survive, we have learned over the decades the importance of adapting to meet the demands of our customers. With that being said, 2020 has been an enlightening year not only for our community but for our business. As we have done in the past, we adapted to the current health crisis to ensure the safety of our people and our customers. In addition, we realized we needed to make some positive changes for the future to stay connected with our community.
Going forward, we plan to stay connected by sending out monthly newsletters. Each newsletter will contain information regarding local water developments, monthly promotions, new products, and community outreach updates. Within our monthly newsletter, we will also highlight any new videos posted on our new YouTube Channel.
We decided to launch our YouTube Channel in 2021 to help educate our local community on common water problems in our area. Through our YouTube channel, we plan to post videos regarding the following topics: local water education, DIY tutorials, and new product reviews. In addition to YouTube, we have also created some additional social media pages. You can now follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Linkedin. We hope to utilize our new social media pages for the following: water education, water alerts, promotions, and new product updates.
To make it easier for our customers, we have also invested in a texting platform. You can now text us to schedule appointments or ask any questions. We plan to use the texting platform for promotions and appointment reminders. To opt-in for texting, text “CULLIGAN” to 610-435-3509.
